    Key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to –


    Plan, execute, and finalize projects, delivering on time, within budget and scope objectives. Acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. Identify, effectively communicate, and resolve project issues and risks. Develop risk mitigation plans. Effectively communicate project status to project stakeholders. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for assigned work.


    • In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for providing continuous support to the Project Manager by being the point of contact for day-to-day internal problem solving and troubleshooting. Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
    • Responsible for managing the various project components with all parties involved and to inform the stakeholders of progress, intermediate results, potential problems and suggested corrective actions.
    • Assist in project planning, reporting, follow up and effective internal and external communication across all departments, vendors and customers.
    • Preparation and maintenance of project specific documentation.
    • Responsible for coaching, mentoring and motivating of team members and ensure results oriented cooperation.
    • Performs other functions as required or assigned.
    • Complies with all company policies and standards.



    • Bachelors or advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Management or related, with a minimum of 1 -2 years pharmaceutical industry experience highly preferred.
    • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical R&D Processes ,CRO/CMO Project Management & Outsourcing, Experience with Negotiation, In-Licensing, Out-Licensing, Business Development, Project Management, Site Transfers, Finished Dosage Sourcing.
    • Strong organizational skills along with experience supporting the execution of multiple projects of varying complexity.
    • Experience with Risk, Resource and Change Management, Vendor and Material Management and Negotiation preferred.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, project management techniques, practices and principles.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
